A Room to Breathe.LIFE includes Body Movement because not everything can be solved by breathing, meditating, medication, or talk therapy alone. Physical movement is an essential physiological and cellular component of the process that leads to physical vitality, bringing forth the fullness of Life force energy through greater agility, endurance, balance, and strength.
Breathwork is embedded in Eastern medical theories and is now backed by contemporary, conscious Western science as a low-risk, low-cost adjunct to treatment.; often used to support those dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, emotional pain, cognitive decline, post-traumatic stress disorders, substance and alcohol use disorders, weight management, and unprocessed trauma. In addition to these benefits, Breathwork + Bodywork improves organ function, boosts energy levels, fosters positive thinking, strengthens faith, and supports the health of families and communities.
The Practice Session is designed to synchronize breathing exercises with both static and dynamic movements. This integration specifically targets breath in relation to the body’s connective tissue and aims to reduce cortisol levels. Because of the integration, participants experience improvements in core strength, posture (both physical and emotional), agility, endurance, and balance. The session also supports enhanced cognitive performance and spiritual regeneration.
A Room To Breathe. Life is a by-reservation-only experience (Maximum of seven guests per custom-curated session), allowing for greater inner sensory awareness and breath expression.
Accommodations include changing rooms, massage rooms, and a retail boutique. Guests are welcomed with a selection of sparkling and still waters, teas, coffee, smoothies, electrolyte beverages, and hydrating fruits.
