As an Advanced Academic Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator trained in Neuroscience, I draw on world-class research and evidence-based tools and strategies that offer my clients and students a fresh, synergistic approach to integrating neuroscience, breathwork, and bodywork. This approach prioritizes integrity and ethical guidelines in teaching breathing exercises, aiming to support both physical and mental health.
From high-altitude Breathwork training in Peru, home to the oldest known civilization in the Americas, where she combined the scaling of Machu Picchu (8,038 feet) with a 200-hour Mystic Yoga Teacher Training certification. She has completed Corewell Health Integrative Medicine’s 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training Academic Yoga in Healthcare Program (the only hospital-based yoga therapy school in the nation). Postgraduate education at a world-leading university now includes a strong scientific foundation in brain function, behavior, stress, cognition, the biological basis of mental health, neuroplasticity, and neurogenesis.
Yoga, meditation, and breathwork as medical interventions include structured research of the Musculoskeletal System, Endocrine and Digestive Health, Neurological and Cardiovascular Health, and Mental Health and Chronic Pain.
Christine is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and is a 50-hour GPBA-certified, ethically compliant Breathwork Facilitator and a member. Christine is currently doing a Research Residency at Yale University. She has created a custom fascia-focused yoga and Breathwork practice for high-performing student-athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. She currently has a burgeoning private client base, ranging from high-net-worth CEOs to non-profit leaders.
