Breathwork helps manage alcohol dependency by reducing stress, regulating the nervous system, and managing cravings, which are key to preventing relapse.

Before Your Arrival:

We advise having a lighter tummy before your session. Perhaps refrain from eating for 1 to 2 hours before your session. Alcohol before your session is not recommended.

Upon Your Arrival:

Kindly arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session. It will enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of your session. This is your moment, and we want you to enjoy the experience to the fullest. Your care is our highest priority. Let us know any care concerns you may have.

Reservation Start Time:

Please stay aware that the session starts promptly at the scheduled time, and the entrance doors are locked for guests’ safety and to ensure the session runs smoothly.  

During Your Stay:

A Room To Breathe. Life is within a Med Spa, which is an environment dedicated to maintaining peace and tranquility. Help us maintain our atmosphere of privacy and quiet by putting your mobile phone on flight mode during your time with us. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol use are strictly prohibited.

Waiver Form:

Please complete the digital Waiver Form upon booking. 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of booking.

Age Requirements:

The sessions are suitable for guests aged 18 or over. For those aged 16-17, a Parental permission slip is available.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change, and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Should you need to cancel or change your reservations, kindly inform the team eight (8) hours before your time slot. Otherwise, cancellation made less than four (4) hours before your session will result in a 30% cancellation charge.
