Brief Bio 

From high-altitude Breathwork training in Peru, home to the oldest known civilization in the Americas, where she combined the scaling of Machu Picchu (8,038 feet) with a 200-hour Mystic Yoga Teacher Training certification. She has completed a 300-hour Academic Yoga Program at Corewell Health Integrative Health of Beaumont University, with advanced clinical studies in the Musculoskeletal System, Endocrine and Digestive Health, Neurological and Cardiovascular Health, Chronic Illness, and Pain and Mental Health.

Christine is a GPBA-certified, ethically compliant Breathwork Facilitator and a member. Christine is currently doing a Research Residency at Yale University. She has created a custom fascia-focused yoga and Breathwork practice for high-performing student-athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. She currently has a burgeoning private client base, ranging from high-net-worth CEOs to non-profit leaders.
